Why we teamed up for SAP Practice

We identified a need in the market for top, cross-functional SAP consultants at rates more competitive than those of large consulting firms. Yashi’s Core values “Value for money” and “Excellence” will form the basis for the SAP Practice team. So with that motto we embarked on developing an SAP service offering that maximized the return on investment of our customers.
SAP Implementation

Yashi recognizes that customers needing to upgrade are often not sure what the total cost of upgrading their SAP system will be and how much their internal IT staff will need to be augmented. Therefore, Yashi offers an initial, free diagnostics session to assess the complexity of the upgrade given the modules in use, the number of custom programs, interfaces and reports. Yashi utilizes a proprietary analysis tool to assist with the custom object analysis during this session. Ultimately the quality of the assessment and the actual upgrade depends on the human factor, and that's why Yashi uses only senior consultants with extensive cross-functional experience. Cross-functional consultants means fewer consultants and less cost.
